Where can you download The Plan App?

In the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. The dashboard is available by using your web browser.

How do I pay?

Payment is made convenient and secure through iDeal, credit card, PayPal.

How can I remove the white background from my logo?

Try using a PNG file (with a transparent background) instead of a JPEG.

How many administrators am I able to add to an event?

As many as you like!

Could I extent the duration of the event?

Your event is valid for 60 days. Extending the duration is possible. However, additional costs will be applied. You can do so by pressing the “extent event” button on the dashboard.

How do I share an event?

You can share your event by going to ‘settings’, then press ‘share options’ and here you can copy the event’s link. You can share it directly through WhatsApp, mail or by downloading the unique QR code.

Am I also able to log into the app as an admin?

Admins can log in using the website. You will be directed to your dashboard. The dashboard is accessible on your phone using your preferred browser as well. Tip: pin the website to your home screen, that way it’s as easy to open as the app

How can I change to a different language?

At this moment English is the only language options available. We’re working very hard to expand our vocabulary!

How do I delete a closed event?

Deleting a closed event in the dashboard or app is not possible (yet!). At this very moment, old events will be displayed at the bottom (of the dashboard).

Will attendees be able to see changes to events directly?

Yes, The Plan App is real time. This means that whenever you adjust or change anything regarding your event, your attendees will be able to see immediately.

What is the difference between a notification and a message?

A notification is set up as a reminder for a certain activity and is not editable. A message is not necessarily related to an activity and can be changed and sent whenever you want.

What if my event has reached the maximum attendees/devices?

Great, that means you’re doing something right! You can add more attendees/devices by clicking the ‘Need more devices?’ button on the dashboard. Select the number of attendees/devices you wish to add and move on to payment.

Why is it that some of my attendees don’t receive push notifications?

Attendees might not receive push notifications, because they have disabled that feature. That’s why we always advise to communicate to your attendees to enable the notifications of the Plan App, so they can stay up to date.

How can I delete my account?

Can an event have more than one admin?

The event only has one lead admin. However, you can invite more people as admin who can edit your event, just like you can. The lead admin is always able to delete them if necessary.

Do users of the app need to create an account?

No, they do not! That’s the great thing about The Plan App. Users of the app don’t need to create an account. All they have to do is scan the QR code or click the link to go directly to your event.

Can I lower the number attendees/devices?

No, after payment you can’t lower the number of attendees/devices and why would you!
